The first port of call is creating an identity for myself. A few months ago i was looking into coming up with a name for myself and the freelance work i do. Many designers across the web use an identity instead of their name. I wanted something that was quite quirky and different much like many of the names you see for web design designers and companies all across the web. Here are some of my favourites:

Colour Pixel
An original idea that i came up with was ‘Red Brick Design’. I worked with this name for a while but i am not a particular fan of the color red and so instead replaced ‘Red’ with my favourite colour which is brown. I also think the colour brown looks great in design work particularly in print and so this is really how i came up with the name ‘Brown Brick’…just something a bit different and a bit quirky.
