In this post i will look at how i came up with the logo for Brown Brick. To research logos i used two main resources. The first was using Best Web Gallery and looking through the showcases of designer and porfolio websites. Some of my favourites were the logos for:

After this i moved on to Go 2 Web 2.0 which is a collection of Web 2.0′s best applications and services and their associated logos. This is a good research resource although many of the logo’s are for glossy web 2.0 services and applications…
